 BILL THOMSON, a practising visual artist, studied art at the Emily Carr Institute of Art & Design. The scope of his work embraces drawing, collage, digital imagery, installations, assemblage sculpture; often with a twist of whimsy thrown in for good measure. Bill has recently reflected on his adolescent pleasure in making model hot rods kits, and has begun to introduce these early memories and visual images into his contemporary art work. He has exhibited in Canada, Italy, Mexico, and the United States and is open for private commissions. |
