 De Anne Lamirande has been Airbrushing for the past eight years. She first picked up the Airbrush in 1989 while enrolled at George Brown College for Sign Graphics Design and Production, later taking Commercial Art. De Anne has been a racing enthusiast since she was 12, attending races at Mosport and Watkins Glen with her mother, who was also a Graphic Artist. Having a love for Art all her life; as a child she said she wanted to be an Artist or a Dog Trainer. Now she is an Artist who enjoys painting animals. Self-employed she keeps busy with various projects, from murals, canvas and almost anything else that comes her way. While working mostly for commercial clients, she still enjoys working for the general public. The most famous client commission was for Keith Richards of the Rolling Stones in 1997. |
