A
graduate of graphic design at Dawson College in Montreal, Steven
has enjoyed a successful career in commercial art as both a designer
and illustrator. His commercial works include projects for Molsons,
Sony and the Canadian Hockey League. Steven has an extensive
background in sports art, working successfully in either watercolour
or acrylic mediums. His fine attention to detail has been captured
on many originals including a series of painted hockey sticks
commemorating the 1991 Canada Cup. Each piece is individually
numbered and signed by Wayne Gretzky. Numerous high profile personal
collectors possess Steven's original works, including Bobby Orr,
the late John Candy, Don Cherry, Ron McLean, Elvis Stojko, Doug
Gilmour, actor Burt Reynolds and NBA's Orlando Magic. Currently
residing in Toronto, Steven and wife Michelle have two children,
Zach and Sarah. Steven is now devoting his career to specialize
in sports art were he feels his brushwork talents can best capture
the true essence, speed and excitement of sports. |
